🕊️ Conflict & resolution · #214

I have almost lost hope in our marriage. Can help really change things?

Many couples who once nearly gave up eventually recovered when they got the right help and both wanted to change. Hope does not mean denying the difficulty, but believing that things can get better with effort. Help gives you new skills and perspectives that are hard to see when you are trapped in an old cycle. Change is usually gradual, not instant, so give it time. Look after your relationship with Allah through prayer and supplication, for He turns hearts. If your spouse refuses to change at all, help still lets you make the right decision calmly. Do not close the door before truly trying. See trials in a marriage.
