Example letters
Three example letters you can adapt: a maintenance demand to a husband, a request to the Family Support Division, and an application for zakat assistance. Fill in the spaces in [BRACKETS] with your own details.
These letters show a format only. They do not state your legal rights in any particular case, and agencies may have their own forms. Check the current requirements with the agency concerned, and seek advice from a Syarie lawyer or the Legal Aid Department if needed.
