Q&A › Rights & responsibilities

🏡 Rights & responsibilities · #297

I am a quiet person and not good at talking. Can I still lead my family well?

Leadership does not need many words; it needs consistency, presence and a trustworthy example. Many good leaders lead through quiet actions, not loud speeches. Show the way through your daily practice: keeping up prayer, keeping your promises, and being there for your family. For things that need to be said, write them down or choose a calm time to talk one to one. Ask your wife to help, as a team, in matters that need a lot of discussion. Your leadership is felt through the security you bring, not the number of words. Make your gift for listening a strength in leading. See responsibilities of husband and wife.
