As a man, I feel weak and unmanly if I go for counselling. Is that feeling right?

Getting help for your family is a sign of responsibility and courage, not weakness. A husband who leads his family should seek whatever will save his marriage, just as he seeks treatment when he is ill. The idea that men should not ask for help is only social pressure, not a teaching of the religion. The Prophet ﷺ himself was gentle, listened and consulted his family. Start with a small step, perhaps a first session on your own, to see the benefit. Carrying everything in silence until it explodes harms the family more than asking for help. Real strength is doing what is right even when it is hard. See counselling.
