I am working abroad while my husband is applying for polygyny. How can I attend the hearing?

Inform the court of your situation early, and ask what options are allowed. Depending on the court and the circumstances, the options may include setting a date when you are back, or attending online. Contact the court registrar through the channels stated on the notice, or appoint a syarie lawyer to handle it. Do not assume your absence will postpone the case by itself. Meanwhile, write out your views and the family's financial information in an orderly way so they are easy to present.
