I am the first wife. Should I keep a copy of my husband's polygyny permission order?

Yes; the order may contain conditions that protect you, and you will need it if those conditions are breached. Get a copy from the court or your lawyer. Read it slowly and mark every item that touches on maintenance, housing, the children and the rota. If there are terms you do not understand, ask a syarie lawyer or an officer at the court. Keep the original copy safe, along with a digital copy. From that day on, briefly note the maintenance received each month. This record is not a sign of suspicion, but a precaution that makes it easier for you to claim your rights later. See if the order's conditions are breached.
