Is there a special supplication for finding a good spouse?
No single specific supplication is required, but the Qur'anic supplications asking for spouses and offspring who are a comfort to the eyes are suitable to practise.
Among them: "Rabbana hab lana min azwajina wa dhurriyyatina qurrata a'yun waj'alna lil-muttaqina imama" (al-Furqan 25:74), and the supplication of the Prophet Musa a.s. "Rabbi inni lima anzalta ilayya min khairin faqir" (al-Qasas 28:24). Supplicate in your own language, mentioning the qualities you hope for in a spouse, at times when prayers are answered, such as in prostration and in the last third of the night. Combine supplication with effort, and with the istikharah prayer once there is a candidate. Avoid practices or amulets that have no basis in the Shariah.
