Can a polygyny application be made online?

It depends on the state. Some Syariah Courts have introduced electronic filing through the e-Syariah system or a state portal. Others still require filing at the counter. Even if the application can be started online, you and your existing wife must still attend the hearing, either in person or online if the court allows. Original documents may need to be shown.
