A man from abroad I met online wants to come and propose, but he asks me to help with his ticket. Should I trust him?

Be careful; asking for money before you have ever met him and his family is a very common warning sign of a romance scam. A man who is serious about proposing will come with his family or through a representative you can meet, not ask his future wife to pay for it. Do not send money, do not share private photos, and do not give out bank account details. Involve your wali or family in every conversation about marriage. Ask him to introduce his family by video call, and check his identity. If you have already transferred money, report it to the police and your bank immediately. Being deceived does not mean you are foolish; scammers are very skilled. See romance scams.
