Can I still pray for good for my ex-husband after our divorce?

Yes, and it is a sign of a big heart; praying for good for your ex-spouse does not mean you want to go back to him. He is still the father of your children, and his wellbeing benefits them. Prayer also helps release the resentment that weighs on your own heart. Start with a short prayer, for example asking Allah to guide him and make him a good father. If your heart is still too sore to pray for him, that is fine; start by praying for your own peace first. Allah says: “Do you not love that Allah should forgive you?” (Surah an-Nur 24:22). See prayer and supplication.
