Ya, talak dengan lafaz yang jelas tetap jatuh walaupun diucap secara gurauan.
Nabi ﷺ bersabda bahawa tiga perkara, sungguh-sungguhnya adalah sungguh dan gurauannya juga sungguh: nikah, talak dan rujuk. Lafaz sarih seperti "aku ceraikan kamu" tidak memerlukan niat, jadi alasan bergurau tidak diterima.
Ini peringatan agar suami menjaga lidah. Jika berlaku, laporkan kepada Mahkamah Syariah untuk pengesahan dan, jika talak raj'i, pertimbangkan rujuk dalam idah. Lihat talak & cerai.
